    see my chest workout over training?

    flat barbell x3 with closer grip to hit the inner middle chest more....
    incline db x3
    decline flys x3
    incline flyes x2
    flat flyes x2

    my outer chest is fine its just my inner upper inner lower and mainly my INNER middle chest i need to work on....

    sounds good to me, whats always worked god for me was when i do good dunbell bench press is too get full range of motion, ass you bring the weight down have the inner dunbell touch your outter chess and as you bring the weight up turn the weight so that your palms are faceing each ohter... that has always gotten my clevage nice and all

    Very similar to mine, only I do 4 sets for Incline, Flat, and Decline. You may want to throw in some CCO's as well

    IMO you can't directly hit the "inner" and "outer" parts of the chest. You are hitting the chest plain and simple. How it turns out plays on genetics.

    It also depends largely on your form.
