hours of sleep per day
how many hours of sleep do you have to sleep per day bodybuilding wise?

I get 9 because I can, 8 is good, 7 is fine.

i did 8 for a long time, now 9-10, 8 doesnt cut it anymore

does it matter when does someone sleep or it doesnt as long as he is getting the same amount of sleeping hours?

if ur inconsistent with the sleep, still getting the hours but changing the time, i dont sleep as well when i do that, but everyone is different. i would just listen to your body

It depends a lot on age, however most adults 25-45 should be getting about 8 hours,,
You 2nd question,, not sure what you are asking, are you asking about 8hrs during the day? or little bits of sleep at different times that make up 8hrs? If the 2nd one then yes it does matter, there are different levels of sleep and you need the full period to get the most from it, if the first then i did read some research once that ststed the people that work nights and sleep during the day do loose some years off there life, not sure if its from not getting much sunlight or from sleeping during the day, guessing the sunlight thing.

you should sleep about 7-9.
I sleep 4-5 if lucky with diazepam
about 1 drug free.
