I started a new split this week because i felt my biceps were lagging and i wanted to workut them out when i was fresh instead of doing them on back day. heres my new current routine and my old one. both 4-day splits.
old:
mon=chest&tris
tues=back&bis
wed=rest
thurs=shoulders
fri=legs
new:
mon=chest&bis
tues=legs
wed=rest
thurs=shoulders
fri=back&tris
i workout traps with my shoulders, and do calves on my leg day. i try to do cardio every morning befor ei eat but that doesnt happen all the time, so if i feel up to it i add some cardio in after my workout. (tryin to los some weight right now, when im bulking i dont do nearly as much cardio)
