i want to gain lbm as soon as possible.. i was looking into new routines becuase i feel like whatever im doing right now just isnt working for me. I loked into german volume training.. what are your thoughts on training with high volume instead of low reps higher weight? can you increase your muscle mass with low weight high reps? according to this german volume training article this routine was used to pack on some serious muscle in germany back in the day. check it out.. let me know your thoughts
