    Bench rust?

    Hey guys, I was just thinkin everytime I take a few weeks off, when i come back my strength is pretty much the same for every excercise but the bench press, my reps stay the same or everything but the bench, is this odd? have i been overtraining on the bench perhaps?

    i ant gt a clue mate sounds like its jus 1 of those things ull never kno, i dnt think its odd tho if uv took time off ur to expect these kind of things

    If i don't work chest twice a week i get the same week feeling. Now there really is no strength loss but you don't feel as strong if that makes any sense. Just one of those things
