    Building Muscle and losing fat

    current stats

    13.5 stone, good muscle build but bit of a flabby belly

    takin 4iu a day of HGH ,

    routine

    monday hard chest and back routine, 80% of 1 rep max 3x8 flat, decline, incline press . rows, invertoed rows, pull ups

    tuesday easy shoulders and arms , 1 hour cardio am

    wed 1 hour cardio

    thursday hard shoulders and arms 80% 3 x8 shoulder press, arnolds, raises, rear raises, skull crushers, ez curl , dumbell curl, dumbell tricep

    friday 1 hour cardio easy chest and back


    am i working at a good level?

    my diet is at leats 120grams a day of protein with no carbs after 2pm unless traning

    120 grams of protein is nothing and you will definitely lose muscle what are your stats and exact diet?

    i tell a lie i do more protein than that usual day

    wake up, gh jab

    45-60 mins cardio at around 155 - 167bpm

    protein shake

    11am omelette 3 eggs,

    1pm protein bar

    3pm chicken casserole small meal

    5pm pre work out shake
    6.30pm post work out shake

    8pm beef, vegatetables, sweet potato

    11pm protein shake

    Pertty good protein supplement with creatine glutamine and HMB.

    Read the sticky i am doing Rambo diet which is great, i drink 3 shakes a day has well, i mix them up 1 scoop whey, in soy milk with an egg i have close to 40G of protein in one sitting that gives me my 120G in shake the rest of the meal are from chicken, beef and pertty much cover up to bring me to around 160G a day.

    I am 5 feet 10 and 208 pounds i do have the same goal has you.

    You should eat your carbs at the beginning of the day, and try to cut them back around 3 pm i dont know if you train in the morning or at night you need to make sure to have a good PWO around 40G of whey along 80-100G of carb usually dextrose or maltodextrine, no fat on this one.
