    Pumps in the bi's

Hey guys usually do around 9 sets on bi's... after my first set which was chin ups my bis got real pumped ( had this before but usuyally doesnt come till around the last set and subsides quickly) it was annoying for the rest of my routine i felt alot weaker and my bis felt like they were goin to explode.

Not a symptom of over training or nethin is it? neone got ne insight?

i get the same with legs when i run. its just from the massive pump you get from test. Try taking taurine before you go to the gym. i take 2g before i run. Otherwise all i can suggest is streching it out.

How many workouts on bis a week are you doing?

During a reload I usually do around 12 sets for my biceps. I find the massive pump takes pressure off my tricep tendons so I do heavy tricep work after biceps quite often.

Warming up good can help reduce the pain from the initial pump. The pump is good because it stretches the fascia..Suck it up and enjoy!
