The only way to get rid of fat is diet and cardio.

Is runnning the best cardio to get rid of it? Is there any other type of cardio you can recommend?
Cardio and diet is the only way, you cant burn fat at a certain area.
Do your cardio in the morning before breakfast. Low intensity. Good luck.
i jump rope for my cardio.. it does the job pretty well for me, especially when you change up how you're jumping (both feet, one foot, alternating feet, running in place, side to side, etc)
