5x5 method
i like the sounds of this 5x5 business , so if i was previously doing 4-5 ex's chest arguements sake i would do say 3 ex's 5x5 method then do a fly and a cable x 4 example 4 some iso work ?
how would this work 4 the shoulders, bys, and trys ?seem these are already iso ex's
i get how id do legs and back
im assuming youd do a warm up of 1 or 2 sets then just load it up for 5x5 yeah (overall principal)
what are ppl's results that have tried this ?

well thankk god im on a few sites and thankfully this has been answered !!!
there is a few versions of this method by mixing upper lower body ex's or push pull ex's , this i knew , and some repeat same all over w/o 2-3 x p.w ....
couldnt find a solid answer glad i posted else where
