    Bi's and Tri's

I know its probably just personal preference but I want to get an idea of what works from some other peoples opinions. For bulking and mass, what do you think works best? Working back and bi's on the same day and chest and tri's on the same day therefore working bi's and tri's once a week or doing an arm workout seperate from back and chest giving bi's and tri's basically two seperate workouts a week?

I like to do bi's and tri's on an arm day a few days away from my back and chest days, on arm day I lift pretty heavy and do drop sets and super sets, it works pretty well for me.

I have always done a full arm workout on a seperate day but I have been experimenting and have started doing them on the same day as back and chest. I'll give it a little while to see if it works any better for me like this but right now I like it better the other way. I feel like my bi's and tri's are too pre-exhuasted by the time I get to hit them on their own. I have seen and talked to alot of people who do it like this, thats why I was asking.
