    Need a good workout!!

    Hi guys, At my gym i need to pay 20$ for a workout program. And i would like you guys to build me up a good cycle if i want to bulk, and gain faster as i can. Im ready to go to gym everyday, and can you guys post me picture of machine i need to do because ill not reconize them by their name.

    Im 18 6feet 200lbs, ive done 1month im begining another week and now im doing general workout like everyday i go to gym i work my chest,arm,abs and legs but now i need a good workout.. i want to bulk fasttttt!!

    You have to be patient because it will not happen "fasttttt"

    What does your diet look like because that's whats going to determine how much mass you will put on and training will be the easy part.

    It sounds like you are new to training and doing circuit training. My advice for your training is you should do a 4 or 5 day split working one major muscle group per week. This is just an experimental stage for you, you need to try different things and see what works for you. This thread here has tons and tons of different training routines to choose from:

    Brother I hate to break it to ya but building muscle is not fast. Focus on compound movements, eat right and get propper rest. it takes years to build big muscle.

    Dude in your other thread u said ur 17. In another one u said u weight 185 lbs and u go to gym for 3 months only.
