Deep burn in my muscles aagain after years
So the last week that Ive been training Ive been getting that deep burning feeling in my muscles as I train them. I dont mean DOMS or soreness or stiffness the day after, I mean that burning sensation while you train.
I havnt felt this in ages, since around the time I first started training. I dont mind it at all (actually like it in a way lol), but Im just curious as to why this is happening all of a sudden lately. Anybody got any explanations or ideas? Thanks
