    Deep burn in my muscles aagain after years

    So the last week that Ive been training Ive been getting that deep burning feeling in my muscles as I train them. I dont mean DOMS or soreness or stiffness the day after, I mean that burning sensation while you train.

    I havnt felt this in ages, since around the time I first started training. I dont mind it at all (actually like it in a way lol), but Im just curious as to why this is happening all of a sudden lately. Anybody got any explanations or ideas? Thanks

    sound like athritis...don't my word though, check with your doc first for accurate diagnostic info

    But im only 23.... Its not like aching joints or bones or anything

    What youre talking about is the buildup of lactic acid in your muscles I believe. I think it is a good thing that you are getting it.
