hey can i have some help..
ok this is my new routine..
sunday: shoulders/traps/triceps
monday: legs/biceps
tuesday: off
wednesday: chest/triceps
thursday:back/biceps
my biceps are the hardest thing to grow, should i do them x2 a week of once?

Are you able to apply a progressive overload as it is? Training frequency, volume and intensity is a highly individual thing - but the bottom line is simple: are you becoming more powerful through subsequent workouts?
How long have you been training? What your age, height, body mass and body fat right now?

im 16, eating well, 5'8, 150pounds (just had 4 months off gym due to accutane)
basically everything is growing great, but not my biceps,
