    Am i working out right?

    gday, im trying to lose a bit of wieght bfore new years, i have been treining(not properly) on and off for about 6 months, and ive slowly been gaining muscle(strenght and size), but ive also been eating too much and drinking too much alcs. after having a month off ive just gottn back into it 3 weeks ago but instead of just working muscle im doing on anverage 1hour cardio 1 housr wieghts 5 days a week

    monday: shoulders
    tuesday: bi's
    wednesday: chest
    thursday: back
    friday: tri's/legs

    im also eating hi GI foods with a few carbs bfore training, a personal trainer told me to

    so far ive dropped 5 kg so far,

    but what im getting at is for more physical look when doing my wieghts should i train for size or for ripped?

    I don't understand what you're asking.

    From what I gather, you're asking whether you should train for size or train to be ripped? Is that correct?

    You shouldn't ask us, ask yourself what your goals are, and THEN ask us for advice on how to achieve those goals

    By the way, you can save us a lot of time if you read the stickies in the diet and workout forum. Good luck.

    Sounds like you shouldnt be juicing if you dont even know what you want.
