    lifting during pct

hey guys just wondering wat lifting guidelines should be followed during pct i read you should do mainly compound exercises squats and deadlifts cos they help trigger natty test production. Should u stick to lighter weights more reps or less sets heavier weights or what?? Thanks

Same here ! That's the most people's problem : they lift heavy and work hard on sauce and when they finish it and start feeling funny, noone wants to go to gym. U feel tired , lazy etc. and u think - nah F the gym. Then u see threads like I gained 30 lbs and lost 27 of them, wtf? My opinion is that u gotta push yourself - trick yourself to go to the gym every day if u have to. One smart dude said that comming to the gym is 50% of work and I used it when I was on PCT every time. When u get to the gym , u won't turn back ! U're already there anyways , so u might as well finish the work out. If u have to decrease the weight - do it ! U'll lose some strength, so lighter weight is good for you , plus it wont make u overtrain as easy and you have to remember that u push urself too hard , there's no extra hormones in your body to recover back in short period of time. Just work with lighter weights and stay consistant. Best wishes to u ! HATE PCT !

    ^^ truth....

you just gotta keep your training in check, you gotta keep your diet in check, and keep your head focused - especially when motivation is low.

i keep training off like i do when im on. push to keep what i've earned.

    keep at it!

What about supplements that you have been taking while on the sauce? Still take those through PCT? I am not talking about protein but stuff like Creatine ethel ester or monohydrate and things of that nature.

I always thought something with an NO supplement for your off time is good. I took a combo of Gaspari Plasmajet and a tribulus supplement after my last PCT.

I have saved Creatine, Ginsing, triulus for my pct. This would be in the mid of the PCT.
