Im one of those guys that has absolutely no lower abs. Ive got the top four and I can start to see my obliques but I have no lower two abs.

flutter kicks, leg raises, and leg throws with a partner... those will work em good.

one other thing though.. if your lower abs are hiding under some fat you need to hit the diet harder... alot of times people think there abs aren't worked hard enough but they really have a lil tummy.... big difference between the two. :wg:
Yea, I plan on getting my diet in check and bumping up the cardio.
Reverse crunches on a decline bench are best IMO...
buy some staps to put under your arm pits to hang from the chin up bar. Those leg raises crush my lower abs. leg throws with a partner is also a great option.
how do do you do a reverse crunch?
Lay on your back with your legs up in the air, and bent at the knees, forming a 90 degree angle with your legs. Bring your knees to your elbows, lifting your lower back and buttocks off the ground. Keep your upper body still.
