Workout?
Hey guys i know im in wrong area but was tryin to get a good link to a basic female workout program for a friend. Wanted to get it to her b4 lunch and i know more people are in this area for quicker answer.

Whats up Lat,
Man she pretty much wants to tone up like all the rest, doesnt care about muscle growth. She been workin out about a year pretty steady. Says she went from 26% to 21% BF so shes prb on the right track. Works out about 4 days a wk. She sent me her wrkout routine and it basically sukd so i thought i could give her a better one. Something basic with half cardio half weights??

I'd get here on a routine that men would use for the same purpose, just adjust the weights as neccessary, no need for any heavy work and no need for shrugs or deads, it might be worth designing a simple circuit training method, iv'e found this works very well.
Between each weighted exersise add some star jumps, push ups, squat thrusts, step ups, etc, it's easy to design a three tier system for her goals.
