Cardio
I want to know if Stationary bike 1hour/day and jump rope 3-5 times a week for 20 min is enough cardio without having to jog? Im not a big running fan and I am a pro wrestler so i do alot of the running in the ring 2-3 days a week.

Is it enough for what, what are your goals for doing the cardio, stats?

As long as you get to your target heart rate for however long you want, running, swimming, bike, stairmaster, elliptical, any cardio will do.
