No you will not optimize growth with that traingin schedule. Split the different muscles more.

Will my biceps grow bigger if i do 45mins on them once a week or do 20mins 3-4 times a week?

jeezus that first routine you posted is a lot of training!
you do know that the only time muscles actually grow is when they are allowed to rest?

Duuuuude, way too much.
Like Darksyde said, you will grow when you rest not while you are in the gym. If you train your muscles hard enough you only need to train them once a week, twice at the most for bigger muscles. Less is more and training biceps for 45 min or 3-4 times a week wont make them get any bigger at all.
Train each large muscle group once a week and train intensely, don't stay in the gym 3 hours a day, you should be keeping your training to an hour of intense sessions. 10 min of cardio is a waste of time man you won't even get your heart rate up.

i know what your sayin but when im down the gym and only do one muscle group i feel like my other muscles are missing out on a bit of training i feel the need to smash them all the time but youve been doin this alot longer than me so your prob rite so ill give it a go,
thanks
nafe.

I understand what your saying nath, for beginners its hard to understand the concept of overtraning. You MUST listen to what is being said, you dont grow in the gym, your rest is so so IMPORTANT, this is when you grow.
Good luck
