8weeks blitz- need advice...
I have only 8weeks to get my goal. Can I achieve this?. Any alteration to this is more then welcome.
I know its amateur plan but I think its decent.
Of course I am budgeted. Student life.
weigh now220lbs( I have decent muscle size just too much fat) 19%
goal 200lb 10%
time period 8weeks.
supplement= 600mg ala/ *25 grams of ephedra/c250mg/a100mg
flax and *****3 supplement-
tribulus and or fagodia agritis
goal: run in morning b4 break 40minutes*5-6times a week
workout in afternoon 2 body part*6days a week plus 20minute cardio
Diet- 11am- half cup oatmeal with dry fruit and nuts 45 minutes after cardio
2pm- hicken/tuna/steak/salmon/tuna subway with salad and veggies with brown rice or potato or sweet potato
4pm - granola bar and orange
workout-1.5hr
6-7pm pwo ( 45gram protein plus 30 gram carb)
9pm- chicken/tuna/steak/salmon/tuna subway with salad and veggies
b4 bed protein shake-25gram protein
Workout includes. 2body( chest/abs-back/leg- shoulder /abs--tri/bis- abs/forearm)
