question about bulking and cardio

I wanted to know if cardio should still be factored into a bulking diet? Should it wait till after bulk to start Cardio?

Also, Please tell me you are not planning on bulking. Your BF is already way too high IMHO.

A lot of guys cut cardio completely out when on a bulking diet and I believe still doing some, not a lot, of low intensity cardio is beneficial for your cardiovascular system while bulking depending on stats. I think the only time someone should lay off the cardio completely is if they are skinny as a stick but everyone else needs some cardio.
