    heavy supersets while bulking?!

    Hello

    Im really kind of confused about supersets and i need some one with good experince to cleafy things about superseting for me

    before saying my questiones i would like you guys to know what is my goal atm,Im trying to lose bodyfat +building leanmass muscles and geting some good strength.
    and im on good diet+clen /animal cut/ephadra cycle
    Btw my supersets are uselly heavy ones 10-8-8-6 supersets

    1-Is it possible to use heavy supersets on my trining program to put(lean mass muscles and strength gains) ?

    2-People that in my gym climes that supersets should be done only with relatively higher amount of reps/sets and are only good for cuting bodyfat+cuting the muscles up and mentaining the muscles you already got and its not good for buildng massive muscles. (Is that true?)

    I think mixing in super/drop sets is a great way to increase the intensity of a workout which leads to muscular hypertrophy.

    In fact i gained good amount of muscles using this tech:
    chest:2 inches
    arms:1.8 inch
    thigh:3 inches
    calfs: i know this sounds fake but i gained 2.3 inches.



    can u believe these gains that i got in one month.

    No... I can't lol. Did you just start working out? What'd yer routine and diet look like. Did you take those measurements after a pump?

    lol actully i have been working out for about year and half but my (deit/workout) were kinda bad.
    But since this month i have changed alot of things diet/trining
    For example i used to train my whole body in 5 days and now i train my whole body twice in 6 days with all the trining principals,
    And about my deit now i eat more often 6-7 times a day with high protien 400g and 3k calories<-no need for more than that im endo/mes body type.

    And yea i started using supplemnts (whey protien/glut/amino/creatin).

    ALL of that happend when i started trining really hard for 1 month of heavy supersets.

    I have really imporved alot after reading Arnold cyclopedia (yes the 800 page book) so if ur reading this arnold i would like to thank u lol

    And no idid all the measurements normally with out pump or anything infact ido it every sunday which is my resting day
