Biceps
Here is my typical bicep routine, 55 lb barbell curls, 12 reps for warm up
75 lb for 12 reps, 95 lb for 10 reps, 115 for 6 reps
standing alt dumbbell curls, 35 lb for 12 rep, 40 for 12 and 45 for 10 to 12
finally, from week to week i end with either cable curls, 100, 110, 120 all for 12 reps, or preacher curls with the curl bar, inside grip at 85, 105, 110 10 to 12 reps
For some reason, i cant put on bicep size, I have made gains in strength, the triceps and shoulders look great, but I cant get the big vein look on the bicep.
Any suggestions ?
