    Thin Wrists

I am 6'3" tall and have always have had a real difficult time gaining size on my lower forearm and wrist. Is there any excersise that would help to isolate those lower muscles and help with gains?

I'm 6'4-5'' and I to have thin wrists. It's mainly genetic, but I find that Barbell curls and Reverse Barbell curls help alittle.

Sweet thanks. I figured it was genetics, it is a biatch of a time for me to put any size on in general and my wrists always suffered. Calves and wrists, to put size on there is like moving a mountain for me. Even with any AAS. They just get stronger not bigger. But thanks for the help.

Its your bone structure. I have a small bone structure also, but lifting heavy helps it, it builds up your bone density. Over time you wrost size will increase.
