I need some advice on what type of workout I should do. I'm 25, 6'8", around 232lbs and 14%bf. I lifting in high school and then stoped till I was around 21-22 and started back up again. I really want to add some overall saize. My chest is around 44", arms 15" or a tad under, calves 16.5 and quads 25.5 and my waist around 34. All of these are cold on Monday morning at 5am.

What type of workout should I be doing to bulk up? What should my rep speed be? I usually do a regular controled rep. No bounce, but not a 2-4 count down. I tryed the 4 count down and had some major burns, but I couldn't handle as much weight. I couldn't get 225 on bench for 10, which is usually pretty easy with normal speed. I don't really care about increasing my bench and all that, I'm over 315 so I don't really care if it goes up, I want the size.

Any suqestions?
