as soon as winter is over I'm done with BB.
I'll be WO 7 days out of 7 but done with BB. Its just not my sport. The pysyque i want is a foolish dream for me without using AAS. And I'm not spending money on that. For 4 years i havent obtained any kind of satisfaction out of BB.
So i'm changing that for doing something i do enjoy and for a healthy lifestyle: Swimming.
I'm not totally quitting lifting: but All i want to do are those 6:
Bench press
Clean and press and/or military press + lateral raises
deadlift
variety of pullups
Dips
squats
which would be the best 3 days split??
