incline dumbells bench followed by dumbell flys..

    whats your thoughts on this?

start with a moderate weight and finish heavy (8reps, 6,4 )

    dumbells - 8 reps

    rest for about 10 seconds

    flys - 8 reps

    dumbells - 6 reps

    flys - 6 reps

    and so on..

What do u mean? superset? If so, to fail at 4 reps on flys would take some heavy weight and would depend on if your shoulders could handle it. Mine would be killing me if I went that heavy. But supersetting presses with flys is a great way to mix it up.

Doing them opposite works well too. Do fly's til failure then press them to failure. Dont have to switch to lighter DB's that way.

I would not S/Set all the time but use it at set times to break through barriers. As a shocking method
