How Do You Do Cardio After Legs Day ?

I'm having trouble doing cardio after legs days.

As I can hardly walk, let alone run on the treadmill or cycle on a stationary bike. Forget about doing HIIT on either of those.

I'm thinking HIIT swimming is the only viable option.

    What do you recommend ?

I am not a big fan of swiiming for me personally as far as effective cardio goes BUT I do it after leg day 85% of the time. I feel it is an immense help in alleviation of soreness ...maybe its just a low impact less painful way that helps allevaite soreness...but i think its great after leg day...i def recommend it....

i recently switched to fast walking on a treadmill for like 30 minutes. on off days i do it for 45 minutes. less impact on the joints and seems to work great for me. even if my legs are really sore i am able do it.

speeds will vary according to height, but i do 4.2 speed(0 incline) on my treadmill. its just a really fast paced walk.

I do a spin bike or elliptical. The spin bike works the best... I stretch the best I can and then jump on a spin bike and cook them some more... it is low impact but gets you good on cardio..... try it!

i met this cyclist who had HUGE FUKKIN calves, i guess bikin around helps with that. I may have him make me a messenger bike to do cardio on, and have fun riding around town. he makes custom ones, and they are gnarly.

Do you turn the resistance off totally when using a spin bike ?

I do intervals... stand up with resistance and then sit down and turn down to where I can handle it... just my preference........happy lifting.
