hows this sched look
this is my sched as of right now i do the cardio on sat just so i can keep my cardio up for football
mon- back
dead lift
barbell row
pull overs
lat pull down
row's
and every other week ill switch with dbell rows or reverse grip lat pull down
tues-chest
flat bench
incline bench
flys
cable cross overs
weds legs
SQUATS!!!!!!!!!!!!
leg press
hex squat
leg extensions
leg curls supersets
ever week ill switch from front squat to reg
calf's
thursday shoulders
dbell press
barbell upright row
lat raises
seated dbell front raises
layn lat raises
friday arms
10 mins walking
close grip bench, or reverse grip bench
skull cruser
cable pull down
dbell over head press
for bi's
str8 bar curl
seated dbell curl
cross body hammer curl
21's w ez bar
calfs
sat cardio
start w a lap,then stretching
20yrd springs
50 yrd sprints
100 yrd sprints
finish w a mile jog
lasts about a hr

I don't like that split, and I don't see traps or abs in there.
Back: pull ups, deads, bent over bb row, t bar row, lat pull down
Chest: incline bench, flat bench, dips, incline flies
Legs: Squats, lunges, stiff deads, leg press, calf raises
Shoulers: standing press, arnold press, front/side laterals, reverse butterflies
Traps: shrugs, upright rows
tricep: skullcrushers, close grip bench, angled bar pressdowns
bicep: chin ups, stand bb curl, db incline curl, preacher curl
abs: decline sit ups, decline reverse crunches, planks
and if you like forearms: bb wrist curls on a bench
