Hey everyone i got a question, Right now i work out mon - fri and i do each bodypart once a week, I was just wondering if its better to do each bodypart 2 times a week or 1 time a week is fine as long as u put i 100% into ur workout? thanks

I all depends on you. Some people respond better to once a week some people do better with 2x. I've tried both and now only use 2x a week once in a while to change it up and shock my system.
I think I may try twice a week on some of my weaker BP's. I think shocking is probably a good idea too. Well put Ron!
I now work my "weak" parts 2 times a week, but WELL spaced.
It looks like this:
Mon: Chest + tris + forearms
Tues: Shoulders + bis
Wed: Off
Thu: Leg day + abs
Fri: Back + tris + forearms (and a little bis)
weekend off
As you may guess, my weak spot is my arms. Best results I've had is 2x a week like this, so there is always 3-4 days before they are repeated so they can recuperate.

Ideally i would like to train each bodypart as often as possible. Key terms being 'as possible'. I use how the week went by as far as sleeping and diet factor that in with how the muscle feels and can usually make an educated guess wether i would be able to train that muscle again without risking overtraining. Again im shooting for as often as possible.
