I have been doing a similar routine for a while now and i change my reps from 12 to 10 to 8 every three weeks. I do one body part a day with biceps and triceps on the same day and abs and forearms every other day. I also work drop sets and super sets into almost every exercise. I have seen great changes and im about 5'10 210lbs with a bench of 350 7 times and my diet is pretty solid taking in about 200 grams of protein a day give or take. The only thing that i know i am lacking is my cardio which i do a little a week but not enough.
