I need some ideas for cardio.
I lift a lot , but cant run like i used to, i play basketball 2 days a week for 2 hours, i would like to do more cardio. Does anyone have some good ideas for Cardio, besides running? Running is just to hard on my knees and feet anymore. Thanks in advance.

Swimming would be easy on your joints, and its def. good cardio.

bicycle or stationary bike is pretty effective and low impact. spinning classes can be too but you have to be careful to keep the intensity within check
