Need tips/advice with my workout plan!
Hey guys!
Ok so here is the thing. I have been doing gym at home. I have been circut training with the weights. Just recently i have joined a gym and thought it would be a good idea to change up my work outs by working different muscles on different days for better results. Heres the thing i am lost on how to start it or what do to.
At the moment im still bulking
I work out mon/ wed/fri
Any advice on what to work out each time i hit the gym, and what equipment to use?

If only going 3 times a week, especially as a beginner, I would look into a full body routine that focuses on the big lifts.

sorry that last one didn't show well. Search total body training at ********. It's a Chad Waterbury routine that is decent for 3 days per week.

How does this sound?
Mon/ Chest and tris
weds/ Back and Shoulders
Thurs/Biceps
fri/ Legs
Or should i change up the exercises differently?

I would set it up the following way:
Chest/Tri
Back/Bi
Off
Legs
Shoulders
OFF
Repeat
