the pump
am i right in thinking its that pain you get when you really push it hard to failure????
Like today i was working my shoulders to the point where after my final reps i had to crouch down and hold the floor cos my shoulders were throbbing...
....i even started to shake a little.

Much of the actual pain/burn is caused by lactic acid.

Yeah, I get the same thing when doing standing push press. If not injury related, it means your getting your money's worth out of that gym membership.lol
