How Much Cardio do YOU do?
Just interested in how much cardio everyone does (if any) whether its on cycle, off, bulking or cutting!
Oh and lets hear what you do for cardio.
Right now I am cutting...doing 1 hour on the treadmill, going to bump it up eventually when the weight loss stops.

I like to do an hour every morning before eating or drinking anything. I do this all the time, but just started less than one year ago. Helps me thin out and I think it keeps some of the water weight off.

I do 1hr of low intensity cardio in the AM on an empty stomach usually 6 days a week mainly because it helps me relieve stress, but it def keeps the fat down. I also have a very physical job where i'm pretty much moving steel for 4-5 hrs 5 days a week, so I get a ton of cardio, which is good since I have a very very hard time cutting calories.

i do mon-sat 6 a.m on empty stomach(i know contraversial) but i to get the best results like this and as oki said its great for water shed ill gain 2 pounds salt bloat on cheat day (sunday and rest day)and have it gone on tuesday morning and back into fat burning, i do elliptical for one hour and stay in target heart rate the entire time except when i spike it everyonce in a while to burn fat up

sometimes i do none but during sports (9 months of the year) i do a lot, either on my own or at practice, about an hour or 3 hours respectively

At the moment im doing cardio 5 days a week 40-50mins first thing in the am to lean up which usually consists of x trainer or treadmill.i only wish i had continued cardio during my bulk...too late now though so now i just gotta smash it abit harder.
every now and then i will do cardio after my weight work out as well

Twice a week right now thats cuz of sports or else I prolly wuddnt run lol...but during football season, its running every day.

Kinda hard to vote cuz
1. I don't do cardio off cycle and/or bulking
2. I only do cardio when I cut
3. I ramp up the cardio week to week, starting with AM cardio 3x, then5x, then 7x then I throw in PWO cardio 3x and finally 4-5x along with AM ed

I had done around 3 runs in just over 3 mths as I was trying to bulk. I did boxing for a living so I would train 3 times a day before I decided to stop..
However I have now started to do 3-4mile run 5 days a week, Sunday - Thursday. As I HATE the fact I I am not as fit as I use to be. I always use to run on a empty stomach, but now I am making sure I get up earlier to have a shake with oats.

I run probably 4x a week anywhere from 3-5 miles a pop. I also do a little swimming as well. Both of these are out of habit. Running clears my mind like nothing else.

play soccer with the foreign kids on Sundays, get tons of cardio and takes care of all the stress. thinking about joining an mma/kick boxing gym when im done with school

1 :15 in am on non wo days (3 days)
45 min am /30 min pwo on wo day (4days)
low intesnsity ...target hr in fat burning zone ...not cardio zone ...treadmill ...slight inline 1-2%

great! Do you thing my cardio is sufficient? Right now I'm 5'7 190, want to be a pretty big and lean 180 within the next 60 days. Possible??

^^^ 10 lbs in 60 days definately do-able...diet and cardio dependent of course...if u r steadily losing now without losing much muscle mass id say keep doing what ur doing ....if u need to add it in on non wo days - then so be it...but i would think if diet and resistance training in order the cardio u are doing should easily drop 10 lbs in 60 days... diet is equally important if not more so...

oats for b-fast, turkey chili for lunch, chic, fish, lean steak w/either steamed veggies of salads for dinner, cottage cheese before bed, pwo shake, and almonds and a ton of water throughout the day. Ill also throw in some low fat yogurt and natural peanut butter in also on a slice of ww.bread with pwo shake. Look ok??

^^ bro this guys thread is getting totally jacked here *L* If what u r doing is working and u arent sacrificing much muscle mass while burning fat keep doing it. If not and diet needs tweaking post it in diet thread here 4 some input...sound cool?

4 time a week i do 10 minutes jogging before lifting then after my routine i do another 20 minutes of elliptic.
