Workout twice a week only.. Thoughts??

I really only have the time for twice..

I am currently doing 45min of cardio in the morning, I am trying to cut some serious weight, so the cardio is very important to me.. Then from 7pm-9:30pm I train Judo/BJJ, and its intense as hell!

So I am getting plenty of cardio through out my day, but I would like to start to add some weights again..

I am thinking of full body workouts, squats, bench, dead lifts, pull ups and so on..

If someone could throw me some idea's on how I should do this that would be great! A general schedule maybe?

I will sub. a cardio morning for this workout.

Not trying to get bigger.. Trying to lose weight, cutting right now and its going ok..

But I want to add in weights again..

Just don't know what to do..

    Monday
    Dead lifts 4 sets
    Pull ups 4 sets
    shoulder presses 4 sets

    Thursday
    Squats 4 sets
    Bench barbell 4 sets
    calves 4 sets

That is the idea I am looking for..

    Don't people lift while cutting?

I am not trying to get size I am trying to lose size.. Muscle loss will be there no matter what I am just trying to prevent as much as possible.

Ive had to do it before. I split it into upper body and a lower body day. Did it for bout 6-7 weeks. I still worked with heavy weights and compound movements only. And shockingly I didnt loose a thing, size or strengthh wise.

This sounds like the best idea
    Upper and lower body days!
