Train a bodypart 3 times a week
Guys,
I am coming up to a cycle and its gonna be for 12 weeks..... I want to train everything twice a week, cos then I can train each bodypart 24 times whilst on the roids.
I also want to train my chest 3 times a week as it is lagging.... Do you think this is possible?
Any thoughts?

i don't know if that would be enough rest, but if you did i would use isolation
like the first training session do exercises like presses, dips etc
then the second session do a lighter worker with flys and isolate major or minor
then the third work on major or minor(whichever you didnt work on before) and do another light workout with isolating exercises

Stay with twice a week for better results! Go heavier (less reps) in the first workout and lighter (more reps) in the second workout.

more is not always better. I agree that you might not be fully rested for your next time at the gym, just my op.

i do just once a week but i know pro and advanced do two but when i tried i burnt out because the muscle group was still sore before i hit it again
