    Abs...

I am a true believer that you can do all the crunches you want, but if you do not remove the excess fat that covers them you wont see them. CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO! However, abs still have to be trained. I do 3 sets of 12 in the roman chair, then 3 sets of crunches on the flr. Once I get home, I do bicycles for 3 sets of 12. Is this sufficient?

I would say your doing sufficient, also diet is very important. I was doing crunches the other day and one of my muscles popped out, oh the pain..

I think you need to do lower weight/higher reps. 3x12 bicycles? Shouldn't that be more like 3x30 or something?

Ill give it a shot, or atleast move to 15-20 reps. I do not use any weight though for abs; should I?

Hanging leg lifts and crunches on the ball 3 sets to failure on each atleast 3x a week and you'll be golden.

I don't like weighted ab exercises.

What ever you do they should be burning. When that happens start counting.
