Exclamation help with lower pectoral (gynocamistia

Hello, I'm new to this forum, but I've been working out for the past 2 months, currently fluctuating between 205-210 area, 6' 1/2, 16 years old 18/20 bf% I need some advice on how to make my gynocamistia smaller or to shrink, or if there's any supplements to take to help it? Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

right now my max bench press for flat bench is 215, I've been concentrating on gaining strength slowly so i can have a nice long career of working out, I'm only 16, and I know that there are kids way stronger then me, but its not really a competition to me right now haha, but I'll upload pictures so you can get a better veiw

Most likely its fat. Do you have fat at your gut and lovehandles and inner things?

If so then its most likely stubborn fat. I'v come to realise this and before i do anymore weights im going to shred every ounce of fat until its gone. Unfortunately because it is such stubborn fat it will most likely come off last.

Im doing this because if you do weights your pectorial muscle will get bigger and it will make it look worse because you will have a bigger muscle and the same amount of fat around the muscle. It will look like you have tits.

If had this fat on my chest my entire life and only now after intense cardio everyday have i seen a slight reduction of that fat along with the rest of the fat around my body.

My advice would be start running now because theres a very high possibility it wont go away by itself. (im 18 now - you dont want tits when you go to the beach)

And after you done shredding the fat you will have a great base to start weightlifting and your gain will be more noticeable.

NOTE: THERE IS NO WAY OUT OF THIS - NO SUPPLEMENT - NO PILL OR CREAM ON THE NET - iTS RUN YOUR ASS OF OR LIPOSUCTION.

If it is fat then you can run it off. If its gynocamostea then surgery is the only way. If you really want to know theres a guide somewhere in this site or go to the doctor.

Yeah I was talking to the thread posted, I see he has been banned. 16 is too young even to be thinking about roids.

Interesting post... i'm 26 now and have remaining breast tissue from puberty...f*cking sucks! However getting it is what initially got me into weights and progressively over time got me addicted to the steel and exercise in general... Keep working at it bro... I drop my bf fat down to next to nothing to get rid of mine but ultimately excepted it... Got it as good as it can be... Doin my first cycle now, hopefully i'm not gyno prone on cycle...will wait and see..

Before i got onto this site i knew it would f*** me up but i didnt want to listen. Then when i saw people from a steroid website saying do not take steroids until 21 with some lifting experience then i though well there must be a good reason.

Also what i though juice would do and what it does were two different things. I was gonna take tren a thinking i would get huge and ****** but now i realise getting huge and ****** at 18 is only done with diet training cardio and rest.

The OP is banned and some of your advice is relevant...but in regards to your personal setbacks with body fat I definitely wouldnt quit lifting. The more muscle you develop and the higher their need for nutrients to more surface space you have for fat usage/burn and in regards to your caloric need. Resistance training isnt null and void of caloric expenditure either. In regards to your cardio sessions running is great for your health but if your focus is fat reduction sprint intervals or low intensity cardio will solve that problem quicker. I think its awesome that you want to build a solid base but hit it from all angels. Diet, resistance and cardio...There are some genius's on this board for all three and I'm not one of them but thats my honest opinion.
