    reps or weight?

    On my 2nd week of hdrol and was wondering if ; for example I will do chest tomorrow. Do I do 3 sets of 10, 8, 6 w/55, 65, 75 lb dumbells or 3 sets of 10-12 w/50's? Im looking to lean up during my first cycle. Also diet and cardio are all dialed in. Right now Im 38, 5'7 192 and want to get down to 180 in the next 60-90 days.

    I'd do average of 25-15 reps.

    so what youre saying, push myself to do 65's for 9-12, 3 sets? I know that I can do the 55's, but not 75's for 9-12 for 3 sets.

    how about supersetting? presently I will do a set of db presses supersetted by a set of barbell curls, wait 60 sec then repeat adding the weight next set. for 3 sets total
