On my 2nd week of hdrol and was wondering if ; for example I will do chest tomorrow. Do I do 3 sets of 10, 8, 6 w/55, 65, 75 lb dumbells or 3 sets of 10-12 w/50's? Im looking to lean up during my first cycle. Also diet and cardio are all dialed in. Right now Im 38, 5'7 192 and want to get down to 180 in the next 60-90 days.
