to much cardio?
Can you do to much cardio?
the last couple months I have been doing 45min to 60mins of cardio 5 to 6 times a week at 630am and then I work out after 3 days on and 3 days off.
and the last 2 week I have been going back to the gym at night and doing 45min to 60min of cardio.
Im trying to drop body fat.

3 days on/off... explain?? You mean to workout 3 days, rest 3 days and repeat?
I believe you have fallen into the cardio trap... cardio works for reducing bf but in the context of a proper diet and weight training sessions.. simply upping the cardio may just leave you burnt out with nothing to show for it

cardio should come after work out

But if your doing 45 - an hour of cardio for 6-7 days a week and not satisfied, look at your diet. And if you can say your fully satisfied with your diet, look into fat burning supps and 2x cardio.

^^x2 on the diet thing. my diet is not completely sorted out so I shouldn't talk too much, but at one point in my life while training for a half-ironman triathlon (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run) I was probably doing 15+ hours a week of some form of cardio. a lot of it was long, slow distance on the bike or run. anyway, i basically ate whatever i wanted because it tasted good and i knew i'd burn most of it, but i was not ripped by any means.
long story short: cardio is not the complete answer. diet and cardio is.

I think if you do hiit 2x and 45 mins cardio 2x a week you should be golden. Are you having problems dropping the BF? Or are you just asking if you can do to much cardio to where it's not healthy or has a neg effect??

This is how I am doing it, its working great.
SImply put.
Cardio 6 times a week 60 minutes on an empty stomach (black coffee only)
Weight trainning 3 times a week.
If you weight 160 then 160 times 10 or 11 ( thats the amount of calories for the day)
6 days a week Eat ( weight x 10 = amount of calories for the day) ( I break them down into 50 percent protein, 25 percent carbohydrates, 25 percent fat)
and the 7th day eat ( weight x 15 = amount of calories for the day ) Then I break them down into 50 percent carbohydrates, 25 percent protein and 25 percent fat)
