definations matters alot to successful bodybuidling. I got a problem though. I have put extensive effort in the gym. But I'm not quite happy with my results. I feel my upper body is out of proportion in size to my lower body (thigh,quads,legs). I need to balance them. DOnt wanna look like a monster or thug. Any help/comment/suggestion will be appreciated. Another disturbing think i need to know some workout solution to improve my hand size from wrist to elbows to bring it in proportional size with my bicecp/triceps.
