    how to improve definations

    definations matters alot to successful bodybuidling. I got a problem though. I have put extensive effort in the gym. But I'm not quite happy with my results. I feel my upper body is out of proportion in size to my lower body (thigh,quads,legs). I need to balance them. DOnt wanna look like a monster or thug. Any help/comment/suggestion will be appreciated. Another disturbing think i need to know some workout solution to improve my hand size from wrist to elbows to bring it in proportional size with my bicecp/triceps.

    bust your ass in the gym and get your diet in check to your goals. hopefully your lagging body parts will catch up. it is all about genetics. not all of us can be pro body builders and/or have their symmetry.
