Pecs
Ok, it seems like my chest is my weakest spot, don't get me wrong, it's not weak but compared to everything else, my chest grows and gains the slowest. What can I do?
mon-back/bis
tues-chest/tris
wed-off
thurs-legs
fri-shoulders/traps
sat-off
sun-startover back/bis ect ect.
My chest workout is just like everyones
3x 8-12 reps
DB/BB bench
incline
decline
Flys
dips
pushups
18-20 sets done @ high intensity on chest

You could say do chest on a day of its own, but being that I do chest before I do tris, I hit it very good. Maybe I just have a weak chest :\

sometimes its not about going heavy u have to find a way that will work for u.
here is an opinion u could gow slow motion and when u get to the top or when raising the weights skweeze rest for 2 secs and let go its muscle contraction that counts, i could maybe go with heavy weights but i wont be targeting the right muscle while in the other hand i would use light weight and put more concentration but i will feel the muscle is getting what it needs.
that's my .02$ opinion.

You'd have to lock out at the top to squeeze though. I don't know man thanks for the idea.

18-20 sets sounds like alot,it would be to much for me anyway

Other options would include pre-exhausting your pecs with some cables. also doind it twice a week

I wouls also start doing chest on its own day
