yah, you do need more rest between body parts in there.

I don't see the need to do abs every day. And definitely no reason to do forearms.

i dont really like that routine one bit aside from the fact that your incorporating cardio into it. this is what i am doing right now

    legs
    delts/abs
    cardio
    back/bis
    chest/tris
    off
    repeat

plenty of time for your muscles to recover and i also find plenty of time to do my cardio and kickboxing 3-4 days a week without interfering with my weight lifting. typically weights in the day and cardio b4 last meal.

oh yeah, **** forearms. heavy back day without any straps, nuff said.

Looks fine to me, nothing wrong with scheduling it like that.

If you look at it he is actually only working out 4 days a week. As far as forearms go, I am with you, never spent a minute training them directly in my life.

I prefer twice a week but it's nothing that's going to tax his recovery ability.

yah? I mean I've read your posts, so I trust your advice. but it sounds like over-training the abs to me.......no?

Being he wrote "light abs" I assumed he is just doing a few sets which should not be an issue. If he is spending an hour a day on them then I would say he is overdoing it.

I like that schedule. The only thing I might consider changing is switching the back and tricep workout to Wednesday and do the cardio and abs on Tuesday. Since your tri's are getting worked with your chest and your bi's with your back, it might be a good idea to give a day between the 2 workouts. I see nothing wrong with doing a little ab work every day.

thanks guys! yea i do like 3x10 obliques each side and 3x20 abs on the physioball as my light abs, on ab day i add some weight and do a shitload more rather then spending 10 min on them. ur right i mite switch legs lower back day with back and triceps or traps and delts which would be better after chest and biceps???
