So new to this lifting routine, my main thing is I want to lose weight and tone up and gain some a little muscle. Ive lost 7-10lbs already just doin 3 miles every day on the treadmill. I started at about 245 and now im about 238.
Im goin arround to almost every machine after the treadmill lifting and doin leg presses but I hear I need to switch it up to actuley see muscle gain.
Could someone please post a simple routine to switch out day to day. Also Im going every day except saturdays. Any routines or advice would be much apreciated. Thank you.
