it's not bad, soreness isn't a direct indicator of muscle growth

how long has it been since you've changed your training routine

Seriously doubt the lack of soreness has anything to do with diet. Like Phate suggested switch up your workouts by changing exercises and/or rep ranges.

what rep range do you use?
    what set volume?
do you incorporate supersets, drop sets, stop sets?
how much rest do you take inbetween sets?

I usually do working sets of 12 reps. So as a rule, if I can get 12 reps on 4 sets, then it is time to up the weight. Usually, I will end up getting like 8-10 reps on the last 2 sets when I have the right amount of weight selected.

If stuff feels light and you can do a lot of reps with it by the end of your sets. It is probably time to increase the weight.

I would have to agree with increasing your weight, also adding some forced reps, drops and negative sets
