I would like to know what i am doing right and what im doing wrong.
Monday: Chest/Calves
Tuesday: Traps & Shoulders
Wednesday: Legs/Calves
Thursday: Back
Friday: Bicep/Tricep
We do 4 Sets of each, anywhere between 6-10 Reps
Also i am doing 30-40 Min Cardio 5x a Week After Workout.
Also i plan on going on a Winstrol/Primo Cycle soon, should my workout remain the same ?
My Diet is good and i sleep 8 Hours a Day.
What would you change and how ?
