Hi guys,

Can any1 suggest a good workout plan for me plzzzz!
There are so many on the net that im spoilt for choice!

My stats are:

Age:28
Weight: 175lbs
Height: 5' 10"
BF: 20%

Workouts that focus on muscle growth will be ideal.

The work out needs to include cardio and abs.
Please bear in mind that on Tuesday's I have soccer training so the gym is a no-go!

Gym days:

Mon (pm)
Wed (pm)
Thurs (pm)
Fri (pm)
Sat (am or pm)
Sun (am or pm)
