And what exactly do you do during your MMA training, and for how long?
i fight aswell and if you train hard like me you dont need any cardio
on my workout days i strive to @ least hit a mile run after my work out in under 10 minutes, then chug down my protein, seems to be working really well cuz when ur done working out im usually running on an empty stomache for some extra fat burn![]()
but i used to do jujitsu, and that class kicked my ass, so when i was doing that i never did cardio really, but agreed with bigsexy
listen to your body if it isnt to much on your body id do Cardio. Like i train 2-4days a week and if i feel up at it im doing cardio 5 days a week
IPOD will help you do cardio and I would be doing it at least three times a week dont forger you heart is a muscle and needed worked out as well...JMO
